Dude FREEF is far different than PRGN. FREEF is a dilution machine. You can look at the charts and see. Looking at the price range, PRGN has fallen significantly but FREEF has fallen hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of dollars in share price over the last few years. It's disgusting. GBSN is the same story.
But PRGN is not doing and RS every 2 months and has not fallen from 6 digit share prices.
