If plan gets approved on the 3rd, with cash cow Foxx insuring a speedy BK exit in Oct, then IMO that should be a catalyst for pps to start moving and maybe test .003 in anticipation of filings and news.

I also think once the market hears the plan is finally approved, the board will start to light up again with pumpers who smell $$$$.

When Levy finally breaks his silence with filings or news, either after the plan is approved or after BK exit, that will be the day for the fireworks.
