I have no doubt that story is true. Reagan, Nixon, HATED pot and we still pay for their old fashioned thinking that was obviously influenced by the anti weed propaganda when they were young. They probably watched Reefer Madness in high school and thought cigarettes were good for you when the ads with doctors smoking were just the norm.

Different times, different thinking. Now we are in different times and see different thinking.
