You must be under the impression that this board is their only investor base. LOL

If that's what you think, then you're sadly mistaken as we are only a small fraction of their base and they need to effectively communicate to ALL their shareholders. If you don't appreciate it...well, that's just too bad since genuine shareholder's that are looking for consistency in reporting appreciate the updates.
