100% correct and perfectly said!

In Bill's defense, he was mercilessly (and generally unjustifiably) attacked for months. I don't have the slightest criticism of his resentment for it.

However, it is just no longer acceptable by either side - and you have to call a spade a spade.

Just to try to get all this in one post... Bill's comment that only one shareholder was there.... doesn't even begin to justify the comments.

1) He doesn't know that. That's wild speculation. Besides, I can recall at least a couple other people saying they visited with JD at different times.

2) Even if it WERE true, it doesn't mean "he" is in cahoots with JD.

3) Even if it WERE true and "he" WERE in cahoots with JD, what does that have to do with the other people who he specifically identified in that post? Answer: Nothing.
