I think most investors thought market ready in q2 would mean sales would be happening. I think until some sort of sales/manufacturing JV deal is officially announced the stock remains vulnerable. Lots of investors sitting on the sidelines until that's announced , and lots of them sold which drove the price down. That's part of it, probably not all of it. JMO
