We don't know much about talk. it's been all about UMS.

We know that TALK won't own any of UMS post-bankruptcy. And we know that TALK is almost certainly insolvent, if not already defunct. They didn't even bother to appear in the Federal lawsuit filed by one of their toxic death spiral lenders, which is why they were slapped with a default judgement against them to the tune of $407K. And if TALK had any assets whatsoever (or gets any), you can bet LG would enforce that judgement immediately and ask the court for permission to garnish those assets for themselves, which is what Toxic Lenders have typically done in similar cases.
