Far as I'm aware, Shayne Heffernan is currently still CEO of HEFFX. HEFFX/Shayne hasn't been exactly vocal in giving info about this announced merger progress recently though. HEFFX stock could basically rocket higher with buyers, serious volume, and a sustained company/HEFFX pr support campaign with solid company financials.


HEFFX has zero dilution and tightly held float. It will rocket higher with buyers!
