I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I suggest becoming more informed on the Niocorp project in Nebraska. Rest assured, governor Rickets has been well aware of the Niocorp project for several years and has even visited the mine site. There was an article in the local newspaper in 2014 when Niocorp began their additional drilling and Ricketts was there at the site with Mark Smith. The former luitenent governor Lavon Heidemann is also a Niocorp employee now. Additionally, Ricketts appointed Niocorp board of director Tony Fulton to Nebraska tax commissioner. I have no doubt governor Ricketts wrote the letter and to state otherwise is ridiculous.
