It is called Disclosure, and Campo has not fully disclosed information to auditors. MB complained about it. Stockholders have asked about it. And there is no 8K or 10K that shows he is no longer involved. So I ask you for the facts that show he is no longer involved.

Facts need to be verified by Auditors. But when auditors don't get paid as agreed, when documents are misplaced or material facts withheld, then one must consider the option that this is a scam.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
