So tell me...if you were The Charlie Grainger's LLC or Charlie Graingers Franchising Inc...would you have anything to do with this UHLN garbage...let alone merge into it?

Total Assets of $104,342 with $83,657 of that total in loans receivable...and...Total Liabilities of $2,448,788. Great. I merge into a shit company and all of a sudden I owe 2.5 million dollars...no thanks...this isn't happening...CG isn't that damn dumb...they can't afford that...why would they do that?



Accumulated deficit of $72,085,886. Why would I want to be associated with that...if I'm CG? Right. Neither would they, neither would they...
