That statement means nothing. That's the polite way of saying the accounting firm agreed to discontinue their service agreement. Who is to say that there wasn't activity in Q2 (APR 1-JUN 30) that caused the CPA to decide to part ways? I only replied to your post this morning with a quote from the SEC Filing because you imagined up some made up BS reason as to why QTMM chose another CPA when it wasn't QTMM who decided upon this at all. The CPA is who decided to no longer certify QTMMs financial statements.


Anyone consider that maybe the accountant wasn't giving QMC the time that they needed at this stage of their business development.
