The only warrants we know of being converted currently are from Cohen. He still has a couple hundred thousand but has not filed a form 4 for quote a few days. So, it isn't him doing the selling.

Recently the CEO, Scott Terry, told someone in an email that any other warrants were only convertible into restricted shares.

It could just be an early investor selling off their holdings for some profits.
