This information is patently false!

The information you post about the FDA's view on MJ or CBD in a beverage is false. There are numerous products on the market that are both edible and in a beverage. The FDA is concerned with labeling and marketing of products and claims about medicinal effects.

More importantly, the regulations are changing all of the time especially as more and more states are decriminalizing marijuana and permitting medical and, in some cases, recreational use. The treatment of MJ or CBD is different today than is was last year and will be different 6 months from now and even more different a year from now. States are evolving and loosening restrictions all of time. Also, there are numerous articles posted by those in the industry (including articles from legal professionals) which discuss the involvement of the FDA and reach conclusions directly opposite from your blanket statement that the "FDA website clearly states it is illegal". I see that there is no link posted ... just your false statement.

As to the cost to begin or continue with the develop of products (or a product line), while I have no verifiable facts, IMO the recent increases to the A/S is being done to raise money and get other companies/individuals involved in developing INOH's new line of business.

While I have no viable proof (other then reasoning and common sense), there is no verifiable proof that the recent increases to the AS is based upon dilution, dumping, etc.

GO INOH!!
