Zalemark Holding Co Inc (ZMRK)

No "bounce" happening. It's wishful thinking. No upside-here. The A/S went from 150 mil to 400 mil. $ZMRK needs these extra shares to pay bills and placate the heavy investors. The current price reflects those shares being issued and this current price reflects that dilution The second quarter financials are coming out soon. Again, no sales and more losses. There is a strong possibility that Crayola and M&M/Mars have terminated their relationship with Zalemark because of defaults and quarterly minimum payments not met.

In the two years that I have been following Zalemark there have been many "pundits" that have stated Zalemark is heading higher in price. ALL of them have been wrong.
