If big money was getting involved the price would be much higher. They will not play until the FDA has drawn the boundaries and there is clarity. Most players here are Cramerites who follow the STREET.COM which for the most part is useless. Ever read Adam Feuerstein's garbage? There will be a conference call after the FDA guidelines are established and the company has had a sit down with them.

We all assume XXII has the market cornered. I think that is what is keeping the lid on the stock. I assume the R&D folks are the big tobacco companies have to be studying the matter for more than a week. Also remember the biggest cigarette markets in the world are off shore. MO can still make regular cigarettes for the export market.
