Reading through the 8k, they've sourced third party coal that they can profit 50$ per t sold, if they source 60,000 that's, 3m$ profit. That alone would put the stock at a fwd pe of 1.2. he wouldn't report this fraudulently to sec, or he's going straight to jail, it would be stupid.
