Thoughts??......"Only a novice thinks that a company trading at $1 is worth $1 in a buyout. NVAX could be worth $10 to GSK today, and still be trading at $1. If a deal is struck, you'll see NVAX climb to $5 in a few hours or days, and then the $10 offer will be made public. Similar argument goes for partnerships. GSK may find that paying $300 million upfront, and all subsequent RSV expenses (e.g. marketing), is dirt cheap for getting a chance of owning half of NVAX RSV vaccine (50% of profits), for all age groups (I didn't say COPD only)."

Will a partner or sellout happen before the earnings statement? Seems logical, unless they're hiding money somewhere and the report will blow everybody's mind.
