We may not see their true numbers until they file their own Q instead of SITS Q. Remember everything being filed on and before Q2 is still the old SITS. I know they're profitable because of the business model. If you have thousands of agents and they pay a monthly membership and those agents sell a product (travel) that doesn't require any purchase in order to resale that product, it's impossible not to be profitable.
