HE WANTS TO KEEP IT IN HOUSE.HE WANTS ALL THE PROFIT.
I'VE DONE THIS MANY TIMES. NOT A BAD THING BUT HE MUST OPEN MORE DOORS NOW.
MALLS ARE GIVING SPACE AWAY. HE COULD EVEN CONVERT TO A HIGH END DAY CARW CENTER AND BE FREE STANDING. PATIENCE EARING THIN I COULD TAKE MY $$ AND PUT IN OTTV. THEY ARE DOING THINGS.
