Personally, I think the news today is complete slap in the face to the shareholders.

Why now are they wanting to expand the BOD by 3 members (same number as Ronin)?

Why 3 Members, when according to the DS Lawsuit, they would only add one additional member after the approval of Bavituximab?

Why didn't they expand the BOD after the many times that Shareholders have asked about it during an ASM and other communication methods?

The current Management/BOD are just a group of leechers who run the company for their own personal gain.

PPHM Should Be Changed to ATM - Absolute Dilution Machine, 35+ Years and Counting and still in Pre-Clinical Trials.
