If this thing does gap up like it is showing, this is nothing more than a chance for some naked shorting and the dilution machine to kick in. Look back to last friday, same scenario and then the pps got creamed. This will fall back to the low 3's and then continue to flounder around the Friday closing price until the dilution has ended or a big pr comes out. Not bashing, have 5 million shares and am long, just have seen this movie play out before.
