This morning would've been a perfect time for management to issue a PR on the opportunity presented by the new FDA ruling, and how they plan to take advantage of this surprising development to refocus efforts on the ecig segment that's been their primary source of income up to this point -- yet has been in serious jeopardy for the past year or so, and how it positively shifts the balance of power back in favor of ecig/eliquid manufacturer and retailers.

I don't know how many more of these opportunities they can afford to miss to communicate with shareholders.
