With the shareholder meeting only a little more then a month away then without any loan approvals by then wonder what PPS would look like after the 3 billion A/S addition? I sure thought loans would be a sure thing with Nicosan approval,Nigerian government support, and a huge DEMAND that can NOT be met without a new facility plus Bank backing!! I still think we get the approvals BEFORE Oct.24th though.
