I put much more weight on the shares traded in the red or green. In two years I have said the $ZMRK PPS was going to drop. Others stated it was going to increase. I should write a book on my method and mention those guys in the intro.

But aside from the chart issue, you really have to look at the fundamentals, read and understand the financial statements, look at the core group of executives and read the press releases and news announcements. And you can't do it on a multitude of stocks. Pick a handful and do great due diligence on those.

One more thing; the float. Don't get caught up in Zalemark's low float. Yes, the low floaters can jump quickly but conversely they can fall even faster. ZMRK has no upside potential. They have had no sales which means no profits...only continued losses. And the leadership is suspect at best. I firmly believe felon Steven Zale is still guiding this company and Raymond Ruiz and Caren Currier are inept puppets. At least Ernest Martell got out. But his complacency will do him in.
