A CEO "verifying" a material event via text with someone is called "selective disclosure" and is a violation of Regulation FD.

So of course...Cellucci isn't stupid...so as expected his texts are vague and really don't verify anything. "Working" on something could apply to just about anything.

And the fact he likes to stoke "rumors" just continues to demonstrate he really isn't more than a typical penny CEO.
