Tom have not say ,hey will do a ordinairy RS because of the toxic debts. A good split will be a forward split like 1:100

example:

you invest $5000 and have 1.000.000 shares and pps are .05 that moment

after a forward split 1:100 you will have the same $5000 but now reduced shares of 10.000 shares on $5
