He's right. A reverse split not a forward split woulf be needed to get to Nasdaq. Get to say .04 do a 1:100 rs and the whole graph changes proportionally. This is how a company like this would achieve the 4.00$ to receive Nasdaq uplisting. It's happened many times and is a business tactic. Worked well for companies like Citigroup. A rs is not always a bad thing. Glta
