Agree: 10-15 % PASI 75 at 6 weeks a very good sign (Otezla was 10-12%); anything higher even better

Believe IPIX also will be looking at patients who've completed full 12 weeks so that will also be impt -- the trends seen here

Also PASI 90-100 and sPGA 1/0 will be worth paying attention to as Otezla wasn't very strong -- 8% the former, 20% the latter

My hope when all said done:

25% PASI 75 300mg
30-35% PASI 75 in 400mg

Those #s would def pique interest of Big Rx imo
