QUIET BEFORE THE STORM? Is that what we are calling it? Company hasn't said anything since May. They have no money yet are gonna make an "accretive" acquisition. How is that even possible. Imagine this, I have a small consignment shop that sells used clothes. I have about 10000$ in the bank(that's four more than icnm lol) Now I see Macy's is doing well so I just make an acquisition of Macy's. Now I'm rich. I didn't know it was so easy. Why doesn't everyone do this. Apparently you don't have to have capital. You don't need intellectual property, you don't need employees who will do the actual work. Yet icnm is gonna aquire, with no money, a company that does. If I was that company, the "RF" company, why would I want icnm to aquire me. Please tell me what icnm has to offer. I'd tell them to pound sand cause they don't have s*** to offer. Nothing.
