Taking a long term approach to this company, and assuming the build out finds completion and approval, will this company reach a level of profitability to provide dividend returns within 5-10 years?
My assumption is that this would be a viable possibility due to the sustained demand and other ventures of the company.
I would be interested to hear other opinions.
