VinCompass is a wine company that is working on a patent pending application similar to Leafly (marijuana) and Zillow (real estate) but for the wine Industry.












Their application is downloadable on both the Android and Apple App Stores. Access to their application is currently by invitation only. Per their website you can request an invitation code via [e-mail] (This is thought as a testing phase before the approval of their patent.)






Payment Methods accepted are by way of all major debit and credit cards and their app uses encryption standards so as to avoid potential MITM attacks and Data Theft which will be a major point to consider as a customer. This fact alone will create more customers because they can trust the company with their Personal Information.




They have multiple features that you can use from ‘Socialize’ where you can send friends invitation codes to ‘Acquire’ where you can request wine to order from their network of partners and have it delivered to your door!!!





Their application is patent pending and has been projected to be granted in 2017. The company has been noticeably busy on OTCMarkets as of June 2017 and the CEO has even purchased 18 million company shares at a higher price than it was worth at the time per Form 5. It is thought that the patent may already be granted and they are getting their filings up to date and buying company stock before announcing anything.











Upon further inspection of the website I found that they run on a dedicated Linux Server. This is great news because 79% of enterprise environments run Linux. Linux is a free and open source operating system so, short of the cost to maintain it, it’s free and saving some money there. That said, it’s also worth noting that there are not many Linux Server Admins out there so there is a price attached to running this. It also means that this company has spent money on a dedicated server and likely has some kind of business setup for employees such as log ins and passwords. A company that is spending this kind of money to operate is at least expecting it to be big –possibly soon. They have had the site www.vincompass.com registered, active, and paid for since 11 January 2011 and updated it on 11 January 2017 with an expiration date of 11 January 2018 – Great news!
