CEO has put hundreds of thousands of dollars into this buying shares in the open market which we witnessed for months. They got trademark and new websites up. Took control of his dead shell. For anyone to think there is not a huge plan of what's to come would be silly. They have put a lot of money and thought into this before a single filing was released. They know exactly what they are doing and where this is headed. Would not surprise me to see more massive open market buying to clean up and of this hang over dilution but since they released a filing exposing their plan I'd assume dilution is over and go time is near
