Yes I agree 100% -
but the clearance that are talking about that exist could be the older one (?)
Because every presentation still brings up the first study and it's results , so why not bring up that they have 510k clearance existing
That is what I think is happening now ...combined with what I was told , most likely talking bout the existing clearance .
Also would think Cyrcadia put out a press releasing announcing new clearance ..they used the words exist now
