It's been going on since they stopped communicating. Accumulation has not stopped even as they make it appear as if they are out of business. Someone has been buying up the ENTIRE outstanding shares!!

I posted before about governments weary in dealing with public companies because of the unfair wealth advantage. I wish I could find that article again. Anyway the Moto meter is the tool needed in order to regulate the entire Motorcycle taxi industry. Apps can not do that.

Something really big is going on here!!

I think we will find out after they have bought up all the shares they can get. Then it will jump to dollars$$ imo
