A fair number of OTC reefer scam issues made multi month lows in June. Some rallied off those lows. Perhaps others will rally.

The thinking is simple trading fundamentals. Weaker positions throwing in the towel to traders willing to assume the risk on the idea further downside is limited.

How long will the rallies last. I don't have a crystal ball.

What I do know is more shares will be sold into the marketplace by insiders.

Because this is what OTC scam companies do.
