I have a question I asked before and did not get a reply; when the ticker changes will the company have to do another year on OTC before up listing to Nasdaq or come December will they have met the one year requirement?

I'm thinking come December if the requirement will have been made and they know the sp will be over $4 they are delaying the ticker change to get closer to the one year requirement to avoid all the games that are played on OTC therefore minimizing the amount of time JBMY is subjected to the games.
