I agree.

The timing is what it is, no matter how soon we were hoping.

Unfortunately some of it is indicative of a penny stock. If they had a ton of cash lying around the web site would have been done long ago...and the rest would presumably follow that.

I am long in this stock and willing to wait for things to materialize...which they will IMO.
