It's been a while since I've done computer work so take this with a grain of salt...once upon a time, my buddy and I owned a computer repair shop together, but that was when I was young and dumb. lol
I would first see if you can update your USB drivers. Might be a simple fix like that. There's also a way somehow in older versions of Windows (no idea with Windows 10 as I rarely mess with it) where you can disable automatic reboots when you get the BSOD. Might be able to Google how to do it with Windows 10. Then it will just freeze on that screen until you manually shut the computer off (unplug it or hold in the power button).
