PMBS is perilously close to being suspended as a delinquent filer and revoked. They have filed any financial information since September 2014.

Lots of stocks are being suspended for not filing on 3 years.

HJOE was suspended in October 2016 for not filing since September 2016.

You could easily be stuck buying this junk and lose your investment - since it is a SEC filer they can revoke the ticker.
