Zeev never gave much information about his boxes, they are basically similar to what Sylvester explained.

He would build them looking at previous "important" highs and lows. (Resistance and support)

Zeev would sell when price approached the top of the box, and buy when price approached the bottom.

If price went out of the current box it would move on to the next box. (Either above or below) I think the idea is that if the box is well constructed the price shouldn't come back in too often and likely remain in the next box.

Zeev also allowed for "slanted" boxes, either upward or downward.

Of course this is only my understanding of the very little he talked about them during the years.
(And is all very basic Support/Resistance theory)
