No offense to Canadians because I have strong Canadian roots, but they don't move as quickly as we do down here in the states. I opened an office in Kitchener about 15 years ago, and getting my staff to jump through hoops was like pulling teeth. Ultimately I had to close the office down because there was no sense of urgency in a business that required one.

That being said, they were/are great people, very trustworthy which is why I have faith in Rossi.
