I think this might just be sloppy messaging. Possibly the intent here is to say there is a 15 to 1 reverse split that gives you 1 share of $CXKJ for every share of fka MLGT (temporarily MLGTD) held. This should be finalized August 9th-ish (?) which is 20 biz days after MLGTD ticker posted.
