Such a bad deal for the common shareholders, not giving any new share to the common shareholders. Even MEMP was much better for the common shareholders, gave some % of new shares and warrants. Can't believe the judges approve these crook's applications. The VNR management are the biggest crooks in oil chapter 11 history.
