it's better it's an "Acquisition" by OMVS, this way we are getting RAD, by issuing shares/cash ..whatever the deal terms are going to be, and not having to be concerned about a reverse split, since if RAD was buying OMVS, then RAD would want 80% or more of the equity, usually having to reduce current public share holdings percentage.
