What about TBTF banks paying Gov for their 'explicit' backing? Why does that NEVER get mentioned? Hmmmmmmmmmm???

Gov is a "not-for-profit" entity, NOT an insurance company. Gov supposed to be funded solely by taxation. "No taxation without representation."

Right at the 2 hr mark is where Royce and Mnuchin talk about FnF. It seems Royce is focused on not re-privatizing FnF while Mnuchin is focused on not re-privatizing them without the govt getting paid for explicit backing.
