The Problem is not the financials... The main problem is that Campo has misled shareholders in the release of material facts that have not been confirmed by auditors.

Ex. The Gothsalk family connection, Contracts in default, deals released in PR then not fulfilled and follow-up with 8k or 10k.

All these are examples of other important factual information that would be included in the 10K. Then financials are just a part as well as how well the documentation has been handled for the financials

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
