A little patience will be necessary with this company. The new Principles have undertaken a substantial burden in cleaning up the mess created by the previous management. Previous shareholders were left with a non-operating entity with a lot of liabilities and a bid less stock.

As an investor, I understand your concern with the share price. However, this is not their first concern. Rather, a considerable amount of work and effort will need to be done in order to clean up the shell, so that they are in a position to follow through with their plan of acquiring operating assets in the dairy industry.

Any time they have something newsworthy to report, they will. There are no hidden agenda's and we should start to see progress starting with Nevada state filings and SEC filings in the coming days.
