The ineptitude of this company's capital management is mind boggling . Specifically , when they did the last raise at such a big discount ,why didn't they raise enough to complete the trials? And that raises the question of whether 16 million is enough to take them through to market or partnership because if not then be prepared for CR mark 3 at below 50c.One can see why the rats started to abandon the ship a couple of months ago .And the treatment appeared so promising!
