I think you fail to realize the direction this country and the rest of the world are taking. Surely consequences of shooting down a drug carrying drone will be high enough to the risk/reward of getting a free 8th to serving a year in jail and paying fees in destruction to property. If you are clueless about drones amazon has already started shipping things(probably a lot more valuable than small amount of weed) to people's door steps.
